We photograph and document every job in order to better serve our customers and protect their property. CBR will take full responsibility for items which are unnecessarily damaged. We also consult our clients before any item of their property is destroyed or disposed of.

For the initial walk-through and estimate we require the responsible signatory be on site to grant, and sign, the permission to enter. You do not need to attend the site inspection, or remain to attend the remediation. For professional entities the permission to enter can be signed and provided remotely.

Only non porous materials can be effectively disinfected. Porous materials such as linens, woods, etc must be removed in order to ensure site remediation and elimination of hazards and odors. Clients may request any materials or possessions be salvaged, however CBR cannot certify any site is properly remediated unless CBR guidelines for disposal are met.

Yes, our company is fully insured with liability insurance

Our clients come first, and some jobs will require weekend services. As a family business, however, we strive to work weekdays whenever possible in order to reserve weekends for our young children.
